The Lutheran Women's Missionary League is for all women young and old. As Christian women serving the Lord, it is our goal and prayer to help spread the Good News to all corners of the world. At meetings, we strive to plan events to help each woman grow spiritually in her own walk as well as use her God-given talents and gifts to reach others.
L.W.M.L. is for women who are devoted to the mission of the church: to carry out the great commission. We have monthly board meetings, typically the first Tuesday of the month. At these meetings we plan and coordinate the various sponsored events. You are welcome to join us at 7:00 p.m. in the Martin Luther Classroom. Watch the bulletin for any changes to the meeting dates. LADIES: As a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, you are already a member of this special organization. Mite Sunday is always on the 2nd Sunday of the month. It is held outside after both the 8:00 a.m. and the 10:45 a.m. church services. The “mites” you give are put to a variety of projects and they all add up to make a tremendous difference in lives! Mite Sunday is sponsored by the LWML. |
