We believe that all are sinful, and it is only through the Grace of God that we are saved. This Grace is given through Faith in Jesus Christ, God’s son. Finally, that the Bible is the Holy infallible inspiration of God.

Rummage Sale
Our rummage sale was a wonderful event. We raised money for Lutheran High School in La Verne and our own growing Chinese ministry. Better, it was a wonderful day of work and fellowship (actually, a couple weeks of work and fellowship) where we met new friends from our church, community and Lutheran High. Thank you!

Greetings in Christ from Pastor Eichinger
It has been a little over a month now since my family pulled up stakes and drove all the way across the country to our new home with you in Arcadia, California. We are presently learning the lay of the land while settling in, establishing home, schools, doctors, and the like…
The Quint House is coming along, and we are thankful for all the hard work that went into making it a residential home once again. It is a huge blessing to us, and I believe will continue to be a blessing OSLC can utilize for many years ahead.
I’ve also enjoyed meeting many of you in worship services thus far. I continue to be in “information gathering mode” for the summer and working hard to launch a robust Sunday School program in September, partnering with our leaders and Chinese congregation members.
I also write to those I’ve yet to meet because of vacations, extended breaks, or those who have gotten out of the habit of regular worship due to COVID. I urge you to return, reestablish, & renew your congregational life as we come out of the fog of a global pandemic and relaunch with increasing momentum and excitement for Jesus.
If you’ve been away for a while, I would love to meet, connect, and partner with you as we work together to share Our Savior with the community and beyond!
I am excited to serve as the Senior Pastor of OSLC and look forward to working in this unique ministry field of SoCal with you.
Blessings!
